Music Teacher Contact Information Form

Though it is not required, it is common for applicants to set up a meeting/lesson with studio faculty members in advance of their auditions. While Admissions does not make arrangements for such meetings, we can provide contact information for teachers who have indicated their availability to meet with prospective applicants.

The Office of Admissions is allowed to give contact information for the purpose of setting up lessons for up to four faculty members. If you are interested in having a prospective student consultation lesson with one of our faculty members, we suggest that you start by visiting our website and reading the faculty biographies we have provided there.
