Group Tour Request

Groups of 10-30 students and chaperones may request a group tour instead of registering for a daily campus tour. Group tours are limited to 30 people total. The majority of tour participants should be seriously considering applying to a degree program at Juilliard within the next three years. Tours are free of charge, about one hour in length, include a guided tour around the Diamond Building. Tours do not include the residence hall. Please be advised that group tours are led by current Juilliard students, therefore, scheduling is dependent on tour guide availability.

Instructions

Please submit your request for a group tour by completing this form. Requests must be submitted at least one week in advance. The Office of Admissions will notify you if your request is confirmed or declined via email in approximately 7-10 business days.

We are currently taking Monday - Friday group tour requests through August 14, 2025. Requests submitted for dates beyond August 14, 2025 will be disregarded.
We do not offer tours on the weekend.

I understand that all students must remain with chaperones and their tour guide at all times.

I understand that if my tour is confirmed, if I bring more people than indicated on my request form without first notifying the Office of Admissions, my group tour may not be accommodated.

I understand that if my tour is confirmed, if my group arrives more than 15 minutes after the scheduled tour start time, my group tour may not be accommodated.
